Our privacy policy couldn't be simpler. We do not rent or sell your personal information to any other business. Never have, never will. Your personal data is used only to process your order and provide you with information relevant to your purchase.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You can order with confidence via our ssl secure server.

Purchase Orders

We welcome institutional purchase orders from schools and other service organizations in the U.S. If you have a purchase order number, you can order online by selecting the "Purchase Order" payment option. Or you can mail your purchase order to the address below or fax it to us at 612-437-4784 or 719-735-7793. As faxing isn't 100 percent reliable, we recommend that you call us to confirm that we received your faxed order.

Please note that for orders from organizations outside the U.S., we require payment at the time the order is placed.

Price Confirmation or Pro Forma Invoice Only

If you're not ready to place an order but would like to receive an email confirming pricing or request a complete pro forma invoice, please proceed as if you were placing an order, but select the "Price Confirmation Only" payment option.

About Shipping

Shipping & Handling Charges

The Shipping & Handling charge for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed before you enter payment and other personal information. After you've placed all the items you wish to buy in the shopping cart, you'll be prompted to select the country/region to which your order will be shipped. After you've made your selection from the drop-down menu, click on the RECALCULATE button to display the S&H charge for your order.


By default, shipping charges are calculated based on U.S. Postal Service rates because these are usually the most economical. However, especially for orders of 20 or more MotivAiders shipped to Canada, lower rates may be available. So if you intend to place an order for 20 or more MotivAiders, you may wish to contact us first for a shipping estimate. But don't worry. Even if you place an order without checking with us first, if we determine that a lower shipping rate is available, we will reduce your shipping charges accordingly.


Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. An error in your shipping address may result in your order being returned to the U.S., which could delay delivery by weeks.

We do our best to select the best shipping method available for the weight, value and destination of each order.

Other Shipping Methods

If you'd like us to ship via an alternative carrier or shipping method (for example, FedEx), please either contact us before placing your order, or indicate your preference in the Comments section of the online order form, and we'll email you with options and charges before processing your order.

How to Place an Order

  1. Go to our order page and select all the items and quantities you want, then click on the "Place Your Order" at the bottom of the page.
  2. You'll see what's in your cart and can make any adjustments. You'll be prompted to enter your geographical region and any voucher code. Shipping & Handling charges, tax (if any) and order total will be calculated and displayed before you enter any personal information.
  3. You'll be prompted to enter your billing and shipping addresses. See our privacy policy below.
  4. You can again review your order and use the back button on your browser to make any necessary corrections. You'll be prompted to select a payment method.
  5. What happens next depends on the payment method you choose:
    • If you elect to mail a check, your order will be transmitted when you click on "Continue," but your order won't be processed until we receive your check.
    • If paying with a credit or debit card, you'll be prompted to enter your card info via our SSL secure server. Your order will be placed when you click on the "Order Now" button.
    • If paying via PayPal, you'll be taken to PayPal.com to complete your purchase.
    • If purchasing with a purchase order, you'll be prompted to enter a P.O. number and contact person. Your order will be placed when you click on the "Continue" button.
  6. CONFIRMATION EMAIL: If you've entered a valid correct email address, shortly after you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
