Guided Help: Setting the MotivAider

Once you've decided how often to send signals, you're ready to set your MotivAider.

What you're actually setting is the amount of time that will pass between signals. So, for example, if you want your MotivAider to send you a signal every ten minutes, you would simply set your MotivAider for ten minutes. If you want your MotivAider to send you a signal every minute, you would set your MotivAider for one minute.
