OK, now try to identify a truly motivating reason to take the action you've decided to take.

Be sure to steer clear of reasons that just sound good or seem logical (for example, doing it for your health). Instead, try to find a reason that really moves you — a reason that urges or compells you (in a way that you can actually feel rather than just think) to take the action.
