Now that you've created a personal message, you're ready to associate that message with the MotivAider's vibration.
Making the association is easy. All you really have to do is tell yourself that the vibration will mean your personal message.
To reinforce the association between your message and the MotivAider's vibration, recite your personal message while your MotivAider sends you a vibration signal. (How you send the signal depends on which model you have. For example, the Gen5 MotivAider has a dedicated TEST key that allows you to send a customized vibration signal whenever you press it.) Repeat this procedure several times before you have the MotivAider start prompting automatically.
Once you've made and reinforced the association, the MotivAider's vibration will convey your personal message in the same simple way that a telephone ring conveys the message Someone is calling.
From now on, whenever you feel the MotivAider vibrate, you'll think your personal message.
